Privacy Policy
112SV Group LLC
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Updated: September 9, 2026 to add Residly
This is the single privacy policy of 112SV Group LLC. It covers our website at 112svgroup.com, our AI solutions and services, and our software product Residly (getresidly.com and getresidly.app). The same document is published at 112svgroup.com/privacy-policy and getresidly.com/privacy-policy.
Residly, in one paragraph. Residly is built so that your business data stays with you. Every property, lease, booking, expense, guest and team record you enter into Residly is stored in your own browser on your own device. It is never sent to us. 112SV Group LLC cannot see it, does not hold a copy, and cannot recover it. The only information we hold about a Residly member is the account and billing information collected at checkout, the email address checked when you open the app, anything you send us through support or feedback, and basic website analytics. Section 2 explains each of these.
Important Notice Regarding Text Messaging Data. 112SV Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential. Residly does not send text messages. The SMS terms in Section 5 apply to 112SV Group’s services program, not to Residly.
1. Information We Collect (112SV Group services and website)
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, physical address. Payment information when you make a purchase or request a quote. Opt-in records and timestamps for all communication channels (SMS, email, etc.).
Non-Personal Information: IP address, browser type, device information. Website usage patterns and analytics. Cookies and similar technologies.
Customer Communication: Records of inquiries and service requests. Appointment details and preferences. Service history and feedback.
2. Information We Collect Through Residly
- Account and billing. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and payment records, collected when you buy a membership. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Access check. When you open Residly, the app sends the email address you enter to our access service to confirm you are a current member. That is the only thing the app sends us. Your business data never leaves your browser.
- Support and feedback. Messages, feedback form submissions and any screenshots or files you choose to attach.
- Website analytics. IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed on getresidly.com.
What we do not collect through Residly: your properties, leases, bookings, financials, guests, vendors, team, documents, or anything else you enter into the product. It is stored only in your browser’s local storage. You are responsible for backing it up using the export in Residly’s Settings.
3. Samantha AI
Samantha AI is an optional feature inside Residly and is off by default. If you turn it on, you supply your own API key from an AI provider (currently Anthropic or OpenAI). Your questions and the relevant data then go directly from your browser to that provider, on your own account and under that provider’s privacy policy and terms. 112SV Group LLC is not in that data path. We do not hold your API key, do not receive the requests or responses, and do not act as a processor for that data. Review your chosen provider’s privacy policy before enabling Samantha.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for: providing and improving our services and Residly; processing transactions and payments; confirming Residly membership when you open the app; communicating with you about your inquiries, appointments, membership and promotions; sending Residly members service notices such as billing reminders, price changes and cancellation confirmations; enhancing website functionality and user experience; ensuring security and fraud prevention; and maintaining records of your communication preferences and consent.
5. SMS Messaging & Compliance (112SV Group services program only)
Text Message Program Terms & Conditions: By opting into our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, customer support, and important updates.
Opt-In & Consent: You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying “STOP”. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. All opt-out requests are processed immediately.
Message Frequency & Content: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business. Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested. We do not send promotional content without specific consent.
Help & Support: Reply “HELP” for assistance or contact us at 510-519-0360. Customer support is available during regular business hours.
Carrier Information: Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
SMS Data Protection Statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties. We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records.
6. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with:
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in our operations, such as payment processing, our customer relationship and billing platform, email delivery, appointment scheduling, and the hosting and access service that confirms Residly membership. SMS aggregators and providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive. All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security.
Legal Compliance: If required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, and in response to valid law enforcement requests or court orders.
Business Transfers: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or sale of assets. In such cases, your data remains protected under the terms of this policy.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
7. Data Security
We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal information: encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest; secure access controls and authentication mechanisms; regular security assessments and updates; employee training on data protection; breach notification protocols in accordance with applicable laws; secure backup systems and disaster recovery procedures. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Residly business data is stored on your own device, so its security depends on the security of that device and browser.
8. Retention and Deletion
We keep account and billing records for as long as your membership or client relationship is active and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require, generally up to seven years for billing records. Support and feedback messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and improve the product. When a Residly membership is cancelled, the member email is removed from the access service at the end of the paid period and the app can no longer be opened with it. Your Residly business data is on your device and is not affected by cancellation; deleting it is entirely in your hands. You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time using the contact details in Section 13, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze site traffic and user behavior, remember your preferences, improve website functionality and user experience, and measure the effectiveness of our services. Residly itself uses your browser’s local storage to hold your data and settings on your device; that storage is not sent to us. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our website. Clearing site data for getresidly.app will delete your Residly data unless you have exported a backup.
10. Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to: access, update, or delete your personal information; opt out of marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails; opt out of SMS messages by replying “STOP”; request information on how we process your data; withdraw consent at any time for future communications; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated. California residents may also request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request deletion, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13.
11. Children
Our websites, services and Residly are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links and Changes to This Policy
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by 112SV Group LLC. We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be available at 112svgroup.com/privacy-policy and getresidly.com/privacy-policy with the effective date.
